What is Orbitkey Rewards?

Our rewards program unlocks exclusive access to member-only perks and offers. It’s pretty simple - for every $1 you spend, you’ll receive 5 points. Points add up quickly, so you’ll be eligible to redeem rewards before you know it.

How to earn points?

Apart from earning 5 points for every $1 spent, you can gain:

• 100 points for creating an account, subscribing to our newsletter, following @orbitkey on Instagram, and liking Orbitkey on Facebook.
• 1,000 points for referring a friend.

What rewards are available?

Who can join?

Anyone can join! All you need to do is sign up for an account, and you'll be automatically enrolled on the program. In fact, you'll get 100 points just by signing up. That should help you get started! 

How do I redeem my points?

Select the “Rewards” tab on your account. Here, you’ll see what rewards are available and if you have enough points, you can redeem them as a reward. It'll be automatically added to your cart.

Please note: Purchase of a product is required to redeem your rewards.

What do the "Approved", "Pending", and "Cancelled" statuses mean?

Approved - These points can be redeemed on rewards immediately.

Pending - These points need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and referrals. Points earned from purchases have a 15-day pending period.

Cancelled - These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the points will change from pending to cancelled).

Please note: Points collected from past orders (dated before you sign up for our rewards program) can't be added.
