When are your shipping days?

All of our fulfilment centres (domestic: Australia, and international: Netherlands, Hong Kong, the UK and the US) have a processing time of 1-2 business days, and your order will be shipped out after it has been packed.

For orders in Australia, our scheduled courier pick-ups for shipping out orders are every Monday-Friday afternoon. The cut-off time to amend any of your order is 11:00 AM.
