If you need to make any changes to your order, please drop us an email immediately at email@example.com and we will try our best to help you out!
- Change of shipping address: If your order has been processed at our Fulfilment Centres, we are no longer able to make any changes to your address and also, unable to re-route them as they would've been shipped out already.
- Change of order (ordered the wrong items): Once the order is confirmed, we are unable to change them. However, if your order has not been processed at our Fulfilment Centres, we can cancel your order and issue a refund. After that, you're welcome to place a new order with the correct items / details.
- Change of mind/exchange of items upon receiving your order: You have up to 30 days of original purchase to do so. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for shipping fees for the returned item(s). Refund requests can take up between 10-30 days and will only be for the cost of the product, not for any shipping fees.
