Once your order has been shipped out, you'll receive an email with your tracking details (including a link) from your local shipping company. From there, you'll be able to track your shipment's whereabouts.
If your shipment is in transit (departure to country of destination), please note that it may take a while before your next tracking update. It can sometimes take up to a week before you can see any updates due to possible shipping delays with COVID-19.
If there are no movements after 2 weeks, please get in touch with us so we can lodge an enquiry with the shipping company.
